A typical winter's day... Or is it! [sic]
A typical winter's day in a typical Canadian town. People go about their business as usual, but within a couple of hours the lives of these people will have been tragically altered. Shortly after the local hockey game begins, the roof of the arena collapses. Killed and trapped under the tons of rubble, ice and snow are the children and adults who had gathered to watch the game. As the emergency services fight desperately to save the injured, the families in their turn fight desperately to regain control of their shattered emotions. It is their story, their fight for survival in a world gone berserk, a world without their children. |
