It is late fall and Mother Maria, the guiding light of a group of homeless children, must build an orphanage by December or her children will be placed in foster homes. He wants no part in this struggle but the children quicky find his most vulnerable spot. . . a giving heart. Against insurmountable odds the orphanage is built.
