Synopsis

I hate to advocate weird chemical, alcohol, violence or insanity to anyone... But they've always worked for me.
"Where The Buffalo Roam" stars one of America's zaniest actors - Bill Murray. As a journalist on BLAST magazine, he is forced to cover the 1972 Nixon Presidential Campaign. An exercise that brings him into contact again with his old friend Lazlo (Peter Boyle). Together, as they cross America and are forced 'to go heavily armed to breakfast', they discover that their lifestyle which relies on the use of narcotics makes them an endangered species... who one day, like the heavyweight buffalo will become extinct. This bizarre comedy has some wonderful moments including a sequence in the men's room at the airport when Dr. Thompson is brought together face to face with Nixon. The Movie Based On The Twisted Legend Of DR. HUNTER S. THOMPSON.
