Synopsis
Fantasies can comes true, it's only... A MATTER OF TIME
Nina (Liza Minnelli) finds a job as a hotel maid and meets the eccentric Countess Sanziani (Ingrid Bergman) who lives in a fantasy world believing the hotel to be her own private mansion. In her utter loneliness, forgotten by all her friends and on the point of being removed from her old room for non-payment of bills, she turns to Nina for friendship and through the re-living of her memories and fantasies, transforms Nina 'Cinderella- style' into a bold new personality, a great movie star.
