Synopsis

The Assassins gather. The battle begins, the prize... A Shah's fortune. When the ruler of a mid-Eastern nation, driven to exile and fleeing for his life, escapes to Mexico, questions are bound to be asked. When his luxury yacht, his means of escape, explodes, sinking to the bottom of the ocean, and he narrowly escapes death, the questions follow thick and fast. Was it sabotage?....terrorists?....or something more sinister? No-one knows the answers. Until Christakis (played by Glenn Ford) arrives on the scene. He's one of the worlds richest men - and he employs a top crook (Chuck Connors) to supply those answers. A C.I.A. man (Richard Roundtree) and Russian Agents complete the scene for this thrilling film, packed with excitement and intrigue. Murder follows murder, bombing follows bombing, until the final, terrible showdown - the day of the Assassins.
