Richie Desmond (FABIAN) was a Pop Star of the Fifties, that's his problem, but he is into the music of today and no one accepts it - they see him (if they see him at all) as something from the past - a relic. When TV pops up with a retrospect on his career, Cybil immediately sees possibilities in using "This Voice From The Past" - but that's not Ritchie's scene at all. His music - the songs he writes - are today songs, very much of the eighties. RENNY, who works for CYBIL, knows this and is with him all the way.
