Synopsis

George C. Scott stars in this movie about a marine biologist who researches the behaviour of dolphins in a specially constructed laboratory on an island off the Florida coast. When two of his most intelligent specimens are mysteriously abducted he discovers they have been kidnapped by a right-wing political organisation and are to be used to plant a mine on the presidential yacht. In a race against time Scott tries to prevent his pet mammals from carrying out their deadly task and bringing about their own self destruction... An arresting and most unusual movie that is both a thrilling drama and a delightful animal film. George C. Scott gives his usual fine performance but is matched all the way by the two star dolphins!
