In this light hearted comedy from California, two young Americans find an H-bomb that the USAF has lost. Seizing their big chance to make a quick million, they hold the city of Los Angeles to random, threatening to trigger the bomb if its inhabitants don't send a dollar each to a Swiss bank account.
