Synopsis

Glossier and more sophisticated than Waters' "Pink Flamingos", FEMALE TROUBLE chronicles the outrageous life of Dawn Davenport (played by 325lb. transvestite Divine) from her cha-cha-heeled formative years as a juvenile delinquent in an all-girls high school, through her various professions (waitress, go-go girl, hooker, mugger, burglar, kidnapper, fashion model, bride, superstar, tireless mother and mass murderer), to death in the electric chair.
