Synopsis

An African wildflife adventure story in the tradition of “BORN FREE”

A rare species of giraffe is under attack from poachers.
Betty and Jock Melville are angered by the senseless slaughter. They rescue a badly-wounded baby giraffe, adopt her and nurse her back to health.
But when new farm lands are opened, the whole herd is put in even greater danger.
With other volunteers, Jock sets out on a dangerous journey to lead the giraffes to new grazing grounds and save them from complete extinction…
“The Last Giraffe” is spectacularly beautiful. Shot entirely on location in the Game Parks or Kenya, you see magnificent footage of rare and fascinating wiid animals in their natural surroundings. A treat for all the family.
