• What Happened at Campo Grande?

Eric and Ernie's third feature film takes them to Parazuelia in South America on the eve of a coup d'état. Before you can say 'short fat hairy legs' toy soldier salesman Eric has been mistaken for the leader of the coup and when finally installed in the palace as president it all begins to go to his bespectacled head. There are some good laughs in this light hearted comedy and a marvellous cameo performance from Cecil Parker as the British Ambassador.
