When traffic wardens Eric and Ernie ill-advisedly slap a ticket on a royal Rolls-Royce they flee the country for the French Riviera. And so it's all aboard their jalopy (which just happens to be loaded with contraband jewels) for an hour and a half of misunderstandings and mayhem at La tumbledown Villa Tulipe on the Cote d'Azur. Bikini'd beauties come and go as quick as the repartee in this uproarious farce.
