Synopsis

Violence and rape explode. Then the wooden crosses burn
The Klansman is set, in the late 1960's, in the racially charged Alabama town of Ellenton. The storm breaks when a young girl is raped. She cannot say much about her attacker, except that he is black. In the face of apparent inactivity from the local sheriff, the old secret ways of the South re-emerge. and once again, the Ku Klux Klan rides by night. And murder follows murder. Soon the community is torn apart on an explosive collision course. Led on one side by the politically motivated black activists - and on the other by the traditionally-conservative white supremacists. It is a course that can only lead to a blood conclusion.
