Synopsis

The Magic Christian is: antiestablishmentarian antibellum [sic], antitrust, antiseptic, antibiotic, antisocial, & antipasto.
Although there is a parade of famous actors and actresses in this supersonically paced romp, the predominant scene stealer is MONEY! The filthy lucre is spread around with eccentric glee by Sir Guy Grand (Sellers), the richest man in the world who, on a whim, adopts a young orphan (Starr) whom he chances upon in a park, making him his legal son and heir. Then the comic misadventures begin because Sir Guy has a somewhat kinky sense of humour. In their wanton rampage throughout a corrupt world, the two incorrigibles prove that everyone and everything has its price. This is a highly irreverent parody of present day society with its multiple snobberies and complacent hypocrisies.
