A group of convicts after escaping from a penal colony are shipwrecked on a mysterious island inhabited by strange creatures who kill anyone who approaches the coast. These creatures transform into amphibians and are in fact the creation of a mad scientist called Rackman. Just two people escape from the island as the great volcano begins to erupt.
