Synopsis

SHIP OF TERROR! TRAPPED WITH A MANIAC ON A SEA OF DEATH! ONE IS A KILLER... THE REST ARE GOING TO DIE!
Their destination is Hawaii, but the final port of call will be death. The sleek yacht carries a doomed human cargo. The Doctor, a man of wealth and position, his Stepdaughter, passionate and young, who wants to get her lovely hands on the money left by her mother. The principal obstacle to her goal is the Doctor's young and beautiful Girlfriend. The third female aboard is Amy, a striking Oriental girl whom the Doctor has taken along to break her drug habit. Making up the crew of the ship are the Captain and two crewmen, Mason and another Seaman. As they set sail all is quite normal. The first night, the Captain is at the helm. From the shadows a cleaver smashes down again and again, and his horribly mutilated body is thrown over the side of the ship. Later we see a pair of hands remove parts from the ship-to-shore radio, rendering it useless. The following morning, the passengers can only wonder what strange event caused the Captain, an experienced seaman, to disappear into the night. Amy, the drug addict, comes to Mason for help when her craving becomes desperate. The nest night, the Doctor's girlfriend is in her cabin, lying on her bed. Te door bursts open and she is horrified to see the wild look on the face of Seaman. Seaman Mason is a Vietnam vet with the memories of that terrible conflict still very much alive inside his tortured brain. Fear grips those still alive. The girlfriend opens the closet in her cabin and the bloody body of the stepdaughter falls out. His last act is to give Amy another fix. He then repairs the radio and sends a frantic Mayday call to the Coast Guard, telling them that Amy has gone berserk and killed everybody. Mason gets into the one lifeboat and rows away from the doomed ship, leaving Amy in a drugged stupor.
