Synopsis

This madcap private-eye caper involves a team of detectives [led by Ben Gazzara and John Ritter] who are both following and been followed by a bevy of dazzling women, Audrey Hepburn, Colleen Camp, Patti Hansen and [in her last film role] ex-Playmate Dorothy Stratten. As reviewed by Variety: "Rarely does a film come along featuring such an extensive array of attractive characters with whom it is simply a pleasure to spend two hours... The "La Ronde'- like tale is intensely devoted to the sexual and amorous sparks struck among some unusually magnetic people". These raves are all for "They All Laughed", a hilarious romantic chase around New York City, directed by Peter Bogdanovich [Paper Moon; What's Up Doc; and The Last Picture Show]. Its a gem of a film you'll want to discover yourself-just for laughs.
