Synopsis

ONE BROTHER IS A FRIEND - THE OTHER IS THE D.A.! Three eccentric misfits, Jesse Veldini, his brother The Kidd, and Eagle Throneberry, make their home in an automobile junkyard. Veldini has two passions; his girl friend Iris (who is everybody's passion) and driving cars in demolition derbies. His close friend Duval Jacks persuades Veldini and entourage to help restore an old PBY Amphibious airplane, with the lure of world travel if they succeed. Realising there isn't time to raise money for the necessary parts to complete the airplane, they decide to break into the nearby Naval Air Station. Veldini organises his cohorts well and the commando style operation is successful, but whilst escaping, Eagle is separated from the group. Next morning the PBY is on the runway when just prior to take-off Veldini is confronted by an armada of police cars, headed by his second brother Frank, the district attorney. Help is at hand though, in a most surprising fashion.
