Synopsis

THE CONFLICT BETWEEN LOVE, DECEIT AND LOYALTY
London, 1940. At his lodgings, German agent Henry Faber is transmitting information to the Nazis via radio.
Discovered by his landlady, he ruthlessly kills her. Percy Godliman of British Intelligence is assigned to investigate the murder.
1944. Following a serious car accident resulting in the loss of both legs, former fighter pilot David Rose, surly and embittered, is tended by his attractive wife Lucy in their remote Scottish homestead on Storm Island.
In London meanwhile, Godliman has broken Faber's identity as top agent codenamed the Needle.
As Faber journeys north to make contact with a U boat, he is forced to take shelter on Storm Island, and accepts the Roses' hospitality. The sexually deprived Lucy hungrily responds to the mysterious stranger, but the explosion of passion is to culminate in savagery....
